Our Team
Micah Berger grew up playing locally for Team Maryland before advancing to junior hockey in the USHL and BCHL. He now competes at the NCAA Division I level for Yale University, where he’ll enter his sophomore season this year. Inspired by his own path, Micah founded DMV 3’s Hockey to build a robust community of elite hockey athletes in the DMV region and give back by helping youth players reach the next level.

Kareem Alazem grew up playing for the Washington Little Caps before advancing to prep school hockey at Kimball Union Academy. Currently, Kareem plays NCAA hockey at Connecticut College, where he'll enter his senior season this year. He co-founded DMV 3’s Hockey with the goal of expanding elite hockey opportunities in the DMV region, inspiring the next generation of youth players, and fostering an incredible network of local talent.

At DMV 3’s Hockey, our mission is to cultivate elite hockey talent through exceptional coaching, competitive opportunities, and a vibrant community environment. What started as a simple desire to unite the best local players in competitive 3v3 hockey quickly evolved into a passionate community of top talent dedicated to giving back to the next generation. Guided by experienced NCAA and professional coaches, our premier youth camps, dynamic leagues, and distinguished tournament teams empower players, elevate performance, and inspire lifelong passion—while serving as role models for young athletes.
